Bean Bags:
Q: Does the bean bag come filled?
A: No, the bean bag cover is sold separately from the filling. This keeps shipping costs lower and lets you customise the firmness to your preference. We recommend high-quality polystyrene (EPS) beads, which you can purchase from craft stores, furniture suppliers, or online retailers for cheap.
Q: How much filling do I need?
A: It completely varies based on preference and how firm you like it:
- Small: 100-150 liters
- Medium: 150-200 liters
- Large: 200-300 liters
Start with less and add more gradually. You can always add, but you can't easily remove.
Q: Do you offer other colours?
A: Currently we offer dark grey and caramel brown. We're considering expanding our colour range — if there's a specific colour you'd love to see, let us know at kozii.team@gmail.com
Pillow Slides:
Q: What sizes do the slides come in? Our pillow slides are available in 5 US sizes. Check the size guide on our product page for exact measurements. They run true to size, but if you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Q: What colours are available? We currently offer five colour ways: soft pink, butter yellow, coral orange, khaki olive green, and black.
Q: Can I wear the slides indoors and outdoors? Yes! Our pillow slides are designed for both. Wear them around the house, out to grab coffee, to the beach, wherever. The EVA sole is durable enough for outdoor surfaces while staying ultra-cushioned for all-day indoor comfort.
Q: Do the slides come ready to wear? Yep. No assembly, no breaking in. They arrive ready to wear straight out of the box.
Q: Are the slides waterproof? They're made from EVA foam, which is naturally water-resistant. They won't absorb water, making them perfect for poolside, the beach, or wet bathroom floors. Just shake them off and you're good.

Q: What is the outer cover made from?
A: Premium cotton linen blend. It's soft, breathable, naturally textured, and gets better with age. Unlike synthetic fabrics that pill or trap heat, cotton linen stays comfortable for extended sitting and maintains its quality over years of use.
Q: Is the fabric durable?
A: Extremely. We use double-reinforced stitching on all seams and a heavy-duty zipper. The cotton linen fabric is designed for daily use — it won't pill, fade quickly, or lose its structure. We've tested these bean bags extensively, and they're built to last years, not months.
Q: Are Kozii bean bags eco-friendly?
A: We use natural cotton linen fabric (a renewable resource) and recommend polystyrene beads which are recyclable and long-lasting. The removable cover design means you can refresh the filling without discarding the entire product. We're committed to making furniture that lasts, which is the most sustainable choice.
Pillow Slides:
Q: What are the slides made from? Premium EVA foam — the same cushioning material used in high-end athletic footwear. It's lightweight, shock-absorbing, and holds its shape over time. Unlike cheap foam that compresses flat after a few weeks, our EVA maintains its bounce and support.
Q: Will the slides lose their cushion over time? No. That's the whole point. We use a high-density EVA that's designed to retain its structure and shock absorption through heavy daily use. These aren't the kind of slides that feel amazing for a week and then go flat — they're built to stay comfortable.
Care & Maintenance
Bean Bags:
Q: How do I clean the bean bag? The outer cover is removable and washable. Unzip it, remove it, and either machine wash on cold gentle cycle or hand wash. Air dry flat (don't tumble dry, as heat can shrink natural fibers). We recommend washing every 3-6 months or as needed.
Q: Do I need an inner liner? It's optional but highly recommended. An inner liner keeps the filling contained, prevents beads from clinging to the outer cover via static, and makes washing infinitely easier. Without it, you'll need to transfer thousands of tiny beads every time you want to wash the cover. Trust us — get the liner.
Q: Can I spot clean instead of washing the whole cover? Yes! For minor spills or stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Blot (don't rub) and air dry. For bigger messes, remove and wash the entire cover.
Q: How often should I refill or fluff the bean bag? High-quality polystyrene beads compress minimally over time. You might need to add a bit more filling after the first year of heavy use, but a well-filled Kozii bean bag should maintain its shape for years. Give it a good shake and redistribution every few months to keep it evenly filled.

Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes! We ship to all states and territories across Australia.
Q: How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are typically faster; remote areas may take the full 10 days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Q: How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping Australia wide. For international orders we offer a $15 fixed rate — you'll see the exact cost at checkout.
Q: How is the bean bag packaged? The empty cover arrives folded and in compact packaging to minimise shipping costs and environmental impact. It'll expand to full size once you unpack and fill it.
Q: Can I track my order? Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Warranty
Q: What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us immediately at kozii.team@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
