At Kozii, we want to get your order to you as quickly and easily as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated if there are any delays.


Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Australian Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia, no minimum spend required. Every order comes with tracking so you can follow your delivery from our door to yours.

For those who can't wait, our express shipping option is available at checkout for just $15.00 AUD, with estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas of Australia.


International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat rate of $20.00 AUD per order. International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Please be aware that:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival in your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Kozii
  • Kozii is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing
  • Some countries may have restrictions on certain products — please check your local regulations before ordering

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at kozii.team@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away.


Shipping Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside of our control including high demand periods, weather events, or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Kozii is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at kozii.team@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at kozii.team@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
