We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all orders, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll arrange a return and full refund.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day guarantee, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original packaging where possible

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at kozii.team@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with your return instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method

After the 30-Day Period

After 30 days from the date of your order being placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item is:

Faulty or Damaged — If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault through no fault of your own, we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as the fault is identified with photos and a description of the issue.

Not as Described — If your item significantly differs from how it was described or shown on our website, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of when the issue is identified.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • If 30 days have gone by from date of purchase, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or defective
  • Items that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item under our 30-day money back guarantee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Kozii will cover all return shipping costs
