What You'll Need

Filling: Not included with purchase. We recommend high-quality polystyrene foam beads (EPS beads) for optimal comfort, support, and longevity. Cheaper alternatives like shredded foam or recycled fill will compress quickly and need frequent refilling.

How much filling?

• Small: 200-250 liters (firmer) or 150-200 liters (softer)
• Medium: 300-350 liters (firmer) or 250-300 liters (softer)
• Large: 400-500 liters (firmer) or 350-400 liters (softer)

Start with less and add more until you reach your preferred firmness. You can always add, but you can't easily remove.

Inner Liner (Optional but Recommended): Keeps the filling neatly contained, prevents static cling to the outer cover, and makes cleaning infinitely easier. Unzip the outer cover, remove it, wash it, put it back — without wrestling thousands of tiny beads. Available separately in matching sizes.
